Spinal adjustments for back and neck pain
Hands-on, specific work to restore motion in the spine and extremities — the foundation of everything we do.
This is the core of the practice. A good adjustment is specific, not a routine. I find the joint that is not moving the way it should, restore motion, and let the rest of the body distribute load the way it was designed to.
People come in for neck pain, low back pain, headaches, and that stuck feeling after a long drive over the pass. Athletes come in because a hip or rib is changing how they move. The goal is the same: get the joint working so you can get back to your day.
I am not interested in a high-volume, three-minute visit. I want to know what you are training for, what your job asks of your body, and what has not been working. Then we do the work.
