Dr. David Kemp, a Sisters native, obtained his doctorate from the University of Western States in 2010. He successfully founded and operated a vibrant chiropractic clinic in Utah for many years before selling the practice. A life-altering dirt bike accident several years ago sidelined him from patient care for an extended period. In response, Dr. Kemp and his family returned to Sisters, Oregon—where they have now lived for four years—and continue to raise their four children.
Dr. Kemp took over the Sisters High School wrestling program several years ago and has been coaching the Outlaws ever since.
